How long does shipping take for home organization kits?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Larger furniture items or bulk organization sets may require an additional 2 days for specialized handling.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day 'Perfect Fit' guarantee. If a product doesn't fit your shelves or meet your needs, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping for PackIt products?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
Are your kitchen storage items dishwasher safe?
Most of our clear acrylic and silicone lines are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing any items with bamboo lids or metallic accents to preserve their finish.
