At PackIt, we want you to love your home essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
